Fancy heading back to the U.S.S. Cerritos to hang out with Boimler and the gang down at the lower decks? Well, good news everyone, the second season of Star Trek: Lower Decks will be back on our screens this summer!

Developed by Mike McMahan (Rick and Morty), Star Trek: Lower Decks focuses on the support crew serving on one of Starfleet’s least important ships, the U.S.S. Cerritos, in 2380. Ensigns Mariner, Boimler, Rutherford and Tendi have to keep up with their duties and their social lives, often while the ship is being rocked by a multitude of sci-fi anomalies.

Star Trek: Lower Decks features the voice talents of Tawny Newsome (Space Force), Jack Quaid (The Boys), Noël Wells, (Wander Over Yonder), Eugene Cordero (The Good Place), Dawnn Lewis (iZombie), Jerry O’Connell (Justice League Dark: Apokolips War), and Gillian Vigman (Aliens in the Attic).

The second season of the series will comprise of ten episodes and will roll out weekly, with the Season Two finale dropping on Friday 15 October. Read our review of Season One here.
