“It is the darkest Conjuring movie yet,” director Michael Chaves proclaims when we sit down to talk to him about the latest movie in the Conjuring universe, The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It. “I know that might sound like hyperbole, but I just showed the finished film to Vera [Farmiga, who plays Lorraine
