At 23 seasons old, Comedy Central’s animated classic South Park is already old enough to drive, vote, and drink. The only relevant benchmark left is its 25th birthday and the ability to rent a car.
Back in 2015, Comedy Central renewed South Park through 2019. The end of that deal arrives with South Park Season 23. By the end of season 23, the story of Stan, Kyle, Kenny, Cartman, and everyone else in South Park, Colorado will have had 300 episodes.

No one knows what the future holds for South Park beyond that. Creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have been at this whole thing for awhile now and with outside projects like Team America and The Book of Mormon, they’ll never not be in-demand outside the South Park world. But for now, South Park is for sure getting a 23rd season. Here is everything we know about it.
