Starring and executive produced by LaKeith Stanfield, upcoming Apple TV+ series The Changeling promises to be a “fairytale for grown-ups” and if the first trailer is anything to go by, it certainly looks like a fantastical adventure for the senses.

Based on the acclaimed best-selling book of the same name by Victor LaValle (who also serves as an executive producer for the series), The Changeling is a horror story, a parenthood fable and a perilous odyssey through a New York City you didn’t know existed.
The Changeling will have eight episodes and is written and adapted by showrunner and executive producer Kelly Marcel (Venom), and the pilot episode was directed by Melina Matsoukas (Queen & Slim).
The series stars LaKeith Stanfield (Sorry To Bother You), Clark Backo (Letterkenny), Adina Porter (American Horror Story), Samuel T. Herring (Tears Of God), Alexis Louder (Watchmen), Jared Abrahamson (Ramy), and special guest star Malcolm Barrett (The Boys).
The Changeling will make its global debut with the first three episodes on Friday, September 8, 2023 on Apple TV+, followed by one new episode every Friday through October 13.
