A DC anime series is finally happening with the official announcement of Suicide Squad ISEKAI, which will be an upcoming anime series from the collaboration of WIT Studio (Ranking of Kings, SPY x FAMILY) and Warner Bros. Japan.

ISEKAI(異世界) is the term for “another world” in Japanese, and the series will include all your favourite Suicide Squad characters, including Harley Quinn and The Joker.
The series will be directed by Eri Osada, with screenplays from Tappei Nagatsuki (Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World) and Eiji Umehara (Vivy – Fluorite Eye’s Song).
The main artwork (above) is from renowned manga artist Akira Amano (Reborn!), who is the character designer for the series, while the music will be from Kenichiro Suehiro (Fire Force).
