Monarch: Legacy of Monsters is co-developed by Chris Black (Severance) and Matt Fraction (Hawkeye). Matt Shakman (WandaVision) directs the first two episodes.
The series stars Kurt Russell (Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2), Wyatt Russell (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier), Anna Sawai (Pachinko), Kiersey Clemons (The Flash), Ren Watabe, Mari Yamamoto (Pachinko), Anders Holm (The Muppets Mayhem), Joe Tippett (Mr. Harrigan’s Phone) and Elisa Lasowski (Blood Machines).
