Good news Loki fans! You won’t have to wait too much longer for Season Two of the Marvel series as it’s been confirmed that the God of mischief will be returning to Disney+ this October.
The series will star Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino and Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and will pick up immediately where Season One left off.
That’s not the only Marvel goodness we have coming up for the streaming service. Nick Fury returns in new series Secret Invasion this June and he’s joined by MCU newcomers Olivia Colman and Emilia Clarke, as well as stalwarts Don Cheadle, Cobie Smulders and Martin Freeman.
The series is set in the present-day MCU, when Nick Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls. Fury joins his allies, including Everett Ross, Maria Hill and the Skrull Talos, who has made a life for himself on Earth. Together they race against time to thwart an imminent Skrull invasion and save humanity.

Another Marvel series set to hit Disney+ this year is Echo, which will have all its episodes drop on the 29 November.
The series tells the origin story of Maya Lopez (Alaqua Cox, pictured below), who we last saw in Hawkeye and whose ruthless behaviour in New York City catches up with her in her hometown. She must face her past, reconnect with her Native American roots, and embrace the meaning of family and community if she ever hopes to move forward.
Don’t forget, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has also just been released on Disney+ and for those who are looking forward to seeing their favourite superheroes on the big screen, the latest from the MCU’s Phase 5 is currently showing at cinemas with Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.3 and the next will be The Marvels, which will be released in cinemas on 10 November 2023.
