In Significant Other, a backpacking couple in the remote wilderness encounter a shapeshifting alien being who takes over the man’s body and, feeling the love the couple share, tries to kidnap the woman in order to travel the universe with her.
Directed and written by Dan Berk and Robert Olsen, the movie stars Maika Monroe (It Follows), Jake Lacy (Rampage), Teal Sherer (Survivor’s Remorse) and Loudon McCleery (A Perfect Day for Caribou).
