Good news Winx fans! After that explosove finalise, 2021’s popular fantasy series Fate: The Winx Saga will be back for Season Two and what better way to celebrate than with a new first look at our favourite fairies above!

Fate: The Winx Saga follows the coming-of-age journey of five fairies attending Alfea, a magical boarding school in the Otherworld where they must learn to master their powers while navigating love, rivalries, and the monsters that threaten their very existence.

For Season Two, school’s back in session under the militant authority of Alfea’s former Headmistress Rosalind. With the Burned Ones gone, Dowling “disappeared” and Silva imprisoned for treason, the Alfea of last year has grown up with new magic, new romances and new faces. But when fairies start to go missing in the night, Bloom and her Suitemates discover a dangerous threat lurking in the shadows. One they’ll have to stop before it wreaks havoc on the entire Otherworld.

From creator Brian Young (The Vampire Diaries), Fate: The Winx Saga is a live-action reimagining of the Italian cartoon series Winx Club by Iginio Straffi and stars Abigail Cowen (The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Hannah van der Westhuysen (Grantchester), Precious Mustapha (Endeavour), Eliot Salt  (Normal People), Elisha Applebaum (Undercover Hooligan), Sadie Soverall (Rose Plays Julie), Freddie Thorp (The Discovery of Witches), Danny Griffin (The Gentlemen), Theo Graham (Brief Encounters) and Jacob Dudman (The Stranger).

New cast members joining the series include Brandon Grace as Grey, Éanna Hardwicke (Normal People) as Sebastian and Paulina Chávez (The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia) as Flora. 

Fate: The Winx Saga Season Two will be released on Netflix on September 16
