What We Do in the Shadows Season 2 is definitely coming to FX. Bust out the creepy crepe paper!

The series is a documentary-style look into the daily (or rather, nightly) lives of four vampires who’ve “lived” together for hundreds of years. In Staten Island. The series is based on the feature film What We Do in the Shadows from Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi.

The first five episodes of What We Do in the Shadows put it in the Top 5 of 34 cable comedy series in 2019. Across all platforms and airings, inclusive of streaming and VOD, the series generated an audience of 2.81 million Total Viewers.

What We Do in the Shadows Season 2 Release Date

There is no official release date for What We Do in the Shadows Season 2 yet. Expect it sometime in 2020. The first season premiered in March of 2019, so perhaps a similar spring release date is in the cards. We’ll update this as soon as we know for sure.

What We Do in the Shadows Season 2 Cast

Expect the cast to remain the same for What We Do in the Shadows season 2. What would the show be without our usual vampires Nandor (Kayvan Novak), Laszlo (Matt Berry), Nadja (Natasia Demetriou), and Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch). Of course, they need their familiar Guillermo (Harvey Guillen) as well.

Perhaps we can see some more vampire guest stars. Season 1 introduced the council of vampires including Taiki Waititi, Jemaine Clement, Johnny Brugh, Dave Bautista, Tilda Swinton, Evan Rachel Wood, Paul Reubens, Danny Trejo, and Wesley Snipes. Hopefully they’ll continue the trend for the second season.
